Youwill collaborate and engage with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, prioritize,recommend, develop, and drive opportunities for continuous (Lean) businessprocess improvement to meet business objectives.
Workwith key stakeholders to identify root cause, analyze risk, analyze trends, andreduce cost.
Youwill serve as a go to person and champion of process methodology to maximizeproject throughput and productivity.
You willinitiate and lead change to develop an organizational mindset that drivesprocess improvement, ownership and accountability.
You willlead in analyzing the organizations key performance indicators andprocesses to identify the organization's improvement potential and provideinformation and analysis on the business impact.
You willmanage multiple initiatives, communicate updates, and meet milestones in atimely fashion. Display a highlevel of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to highimpact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.
· Conducting individual and group technical training courses and activities for Project Management and Construction employees via onsite or online (on demand or live) delivery.

You leadcross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, buildingsolutions and implementing solutions across different teams to drive andmonitor business excellence.
You areconsidered an authority when it comes to business excellence, leanmanagement and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Yourattention to detail and experience with process documentation will makesure that an audit can be passed at any time.
You havebeen responsible for process documentation and analysis; root causeanalysis; analyzing data for trends; and bringing togethercross-functional teams to solve problems.
You haveexperience providing reports of projects completed and in progress alongwith relevant metrics demonstrating financial and operational impact.
You havestrong project management skills to drive projects that are cross-organizationalto successful and timely conclusions.
You haveevaluated and analyzed data to support business strategy/operationsimprovements.
You havedeveloped and maintained positive and effective working relationships withcolleagues, key stakeholders, management and customers at all levels.
· You also enjoy training and executing the scheduling of dates, locations, physical content, and necessary support for training events.
Requiredskills to have for the success of this role
Masters degree or 3-5 yearsequivalent experience listed above, a plus if in a Medical TechnologyIndustry
Experience with Customer Experienceprograms, KPI’s, Process Improvement, Process/Workflow documentation andtraining of employees
Willing to travel domestically up to25%
A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt orHigher a plus
