Position Overview

Siemens Healthineers, Marketing, Sales Operations and Communications North America (MSC NAM) is looking for outstanding candidates to participate in our Internship program.

This unique internship opportunity lets you:

  • Work withdifferent groups across MSC: Project Management, Strategic MarketInsights, Marketing, Sales Operations (Analytics, Strategic Operations,Platform Management, Sales Education), and Employee & LeadershipCommunications

  • MSC providesMarket data, Marketing support, Sales Tools & Education, andCommunication support and services for the Siemens Healthineers NorthAmerican organization with over 80 employees

  • Thisinternship position is part of a central group of local full term, localpart term and international interns. The difference to a 'regular'internship is that the intern will have the opportunity to work with alldepartments within MSC, and, depending on their qualifications, work on avariety of different types of projects.

Responsibilities

A variety of different projects and tasks are in scope for the MSC intern(s), such as:

  • Support ofprojects across the entire MSC organization, strong performers may havethe opportunity to lead components of a project

  • Projectmanagement responsibilities; data entry, tracking, quality checking andfollow-up

  • Intranetupdate and relevant document management

  • Support/Managecollateral update, events etc.

  • Supportservice satisfaction survey from MSC to its internal customers. Analyzedata and make recommendations for action

  • Support Marketresearch and analysis

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

  • Candidatesfrom a variety of academic backgrounds may be considered (Bachelor andMaster)

  • Must have aminimum GPA of 3.2 or higher, current junior or senior

  • Must feelcomfortable working in a fully virtual environment

  • HighProficiency in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Self-starterand attention to detail is a must

  • Experiencewith cloud-based Project Management tools, such as MS Azure Dev Ops isdesired

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

  • Tools:SharePoint, MS InfoPath, Nintex, QlikView, MS Azure Dev Ops experience aplus

  • Prior Siemensinternship and/or Healthcare experience a plus

Startdate: January 2021; 2-3 month duration.
