As Director in Training, you will learn to:
Ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center.
Conduct tours for prospective parents and enroll new families.
Create and implement local marketing plans to drive enrollment.
Ensure licensing standards are met and assist in the accreditation process for the center.
Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
Monitor and manage the financial progress of your center.
Ensure a safe environment for the children in our care.
Job Requirements:
The Director in Training must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education and experience.
Supervisory experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Any licenses, certificates or specialized training as required by State law and/or regulatory agencies
